Please suggest what to give a 6 months baby when they start solid food
My daughter has a bad sleep cycle as she wakes up at 12 pm and goes to sleep at around 3 am.She dnt sleep much during day too max 15 or 30 mins in a go.I started giving her banana meshed in cow milk in start of her day and rava kheer in cow milk at night.Throughout the day i feed her breastmilk and formula milk consecutively. She did have constipation for last 2 days but relieved herself today.

Hi, you can give cooked and mashed vegetables and fruits, cooked and mashed dal, curd, ragi/rava/ rice kanjee. Please see to it consistency should be liquid. Don't over or force feed. Introduce any new food in a small quantity, gradually increase it. Same way consistency also start liquid, then semi-solid later solid foods.
Food should be prepared in a healthy and hygienic way. Take care.
She is just 6 month. You can start weaning with liquid food mashed banana in milk is very heavy for start her day. You can start her day with liquid food like daal ka paani, Liquid khichadi e.t.c

I will suggest you to avoid milk as it has more residue content causing constipation and low iron levels . Even Milk before age 1 can cause gastric issues.
