Dear Doctor,
My father in law underwent a surgery for glioblastoma in September last year. He's on temozolomide currently. Lately, he has lost his appetite and also has trouble finding taste in food. Can you please share a diet chart that can help us incorporate more nutrition in his meals?
Thanks and regards

Hello I can understand your concern. It's common in these patients so the diet has to be as per his liking but make sure you introduce less spice and cooked food.
Try to avoid excess of fried foods. Porridges , Soups, A one meal dish where you can add all Vegetable cereals need to added in the plan which meet the most of the requirement. Like Veg Millet Khichdi or Vegetable Uttappa or Sprout Dosa or Vegetable Pulao or Parathas or Thalipith ( Multigrain Cheela added with Vegetable ) . Try to manage the proteins from vegetarian source.
