You could be having disc bulge @ neck which is compressing the nerve to the shoulders. Manual physiotherapists, can gently push the disc, back to it's normal place,to give instant pain relief WITHOUT DRUGS.

Please come out with the duration /extent of pain.
Next Steps
Place a thick, firm rolled towel(1inch height approx)  to the center of your upper back inbetween two shoulder blades when you lie on your back. If comfortable stay for 3-5 minutes, stop if pain shoots.
Health Tips
Your history says it could be a possible improper lifting or positioning of baby. Try and concentrate on your carrying positions also if you feed the baby focus on feeding positions also.

Your pain could be due to muscle strain or spasm in left scapular region. I would like to ask you few questions like How long do you have this pain? Was it a sudden or gradual onset? Do you have hypertension or diabetes? Which activity aggrevates the pain? Was that a sharp pain? Radiating pain?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray to the site provided you are not allergic. You should avoid lying on the affected side. You should not lift your baby with the left hand instead use your right with your left hand support. You should do Rhomboid door way stretching and seated Rhomboid stretching for 20 seconds hold three repetitions thrice a day.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physician or Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment in person or online.

Can you feel any pain while doing shoulder movements..? From your history it may be the muscle strain. Apply hot water fermentation for 15 min twice a day. Apply volini for pain relief if you are not allergic to that. Later start doing stretching and strengthening exercises for upper back.

You must be having muscle spasm as per your symptoms. For pain relief use pain relieving spray or ointment. Also apply ice pack three times a day. After applying ice pack start exercises like shoulder strengthening, shoulder isometric exercises regularly. Also do trapezius and pectoral stretch with hold counting 10, and 5 rep.
Next Steps
Avoid jerky movement Avoid lifting heavy weight. Avoid sleeping on that side or on that hand. Try to use more unaffected side
