Continuous Back pain
Hii dear doctors ...I am student and i prepare for iit jee. So, in last month's I studied 14 15 hours a day at home to complete my syllabus And now I got very painfull sensessions in my back..my back is very pain now. and I am not able to seat just 2 hours in a day to study.,. What can I do ?

Better to consult the physiotherapist he was assess the condition. Then he will start pain relief modalities like ift and ultrasound therapy.. Start hot water fermentation 3time aday.

Prolonged sitting in a single position worsen ur back.visit nearby physiotherapy dept.Few sessions over there will help you. Till then use hot water bag twice in a day and apply muscle relaxant ointment.

Do hot fomentation thrice a day for 15 minutes Always sit with back support. Apply any muscle relaxant on the back. Proper posture advised. Back strengthening exercises for increasing strength of back muscles but to be performed after pain subsides

Hello sir , do hot water fermentation after applying pain balm (moov,  volini)  to your paraspinal muscles. Do back stretchings like child's pose, cat - camel stretch. Some strengthening exercises like plank, partial curls, pelvic bridging.

keep pillows for support to your  back while sitting . do stretchings in middle of your sessions.

Apply hot pack twice a day at home and rest properly. As you have spent long hours while studying, suggest you to visit physiotherapy clinic and take IFT+US for a week. There might be issues with nerves and soft tissues may got swelling, maintain proper posture and take treatment without delaying further.

As u sit for a longer hours with out maintain  proper posture and Ergonomics may be it leads to back spasm causing u the pain.might be soft tissue injury also.
