Pain for 1month on left upper Body
I started having pain on my left side around my chest area radiating toward left arm. I consulted physician , he thinks it's Costochondritis and physiotherapist thinks it's stiff thoracic spine. Also consulted a neuro who thinks it's related to anxiety. I got checked for heart issues, vitamin B12 and D3 deficiencies. Results are fine. Im having pain around my shoulder blade, in the upper back ( just on left side in the center of shoulder blade and spine ) , in the arm (in certain spots sometimes wrist sometimes in fingers ) and there is continuous pain on left side of my ribs area( below the armpit) pain doesn't really wrap around .. it's in certain locations. Recently I feel slight pain near my collar bone too and sometimes scalene .. Who should I consult and so far haven't got a proper diagnosis.

First of all you should find out the root cause of your pain. How long do you have pain? Was it a continuous or intermittent while doing work or action? Did you fall or lift heavy weight?

Such issues are postural and Costochondritis is a result of a positional dysfunction. Rib dysfunction can be aggravated with stiff upper thoracic spine. Usually these postural issues can take a while to resolve and there is no quick fix for it.
