Your persistent low-grade fever, fatigue, body pain, indigestion, and poor sleep suggest an underlying chronic issue that needs thorough evaluation. Possible causes include infections (like tuberculosis), autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, or gastrointestinal problems. I recommend consulting a physician for detailed tests, including blood work, thyroid profile, infection screening, and imaging if needed. Focus on staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. Gentle exercise and stress management can also help. This situation can be challenging, but with the right diagnosis and treatment, improvement is possible. Please don’t hesitate to seek help—you deserve to feel better.
