Hi doc, I hav trouble falling in sleep, even if I fall asleep soon iam unable to stay in sleep, I wake up abt after 3 to 4hrs of falling in sleep, n many times I dont wakeup FRESH, eventhough I hav good sound sleep for about 7hrs and I sleep daily at the same time .....

Use less phone.
Do meditation before sleep.
Take one teaspoon of Badam Rogan oil in cow milk when ever you drink milk.
