Chronic Sleep issues
Hi doc, I hav  trouble falling in sleep, even if I fall asleep soon iam unable to stay in sleep, I wake up abt after 3 to 4hrs of falling in sleep, n many times I dont wakeup FRESH, eventhough I hav good sound sleep for about 7hrs and I sleep daily at the same time .....

Health n fitness of human is on tripod of these three legs Diet Sleep Brahmcharya If one of these gets disturbed u land in crises so plz get support from Ayurveda Dr for receprocal realignment for benefits for longer time . It's very high time as u may be in hirarchy tussle in professional life or sandwich between childern n hubby conflict resolution

Keep your mobile out of room when you sleep. Use less phone. Do meditation before sleep. Take one teaspoon of Badam Rogan oil in cow milk when ever you drink milk. You can use Badam Rogan oil as nasal drops before sleep (2,3 drops).
