Is it good and safe to have chia seeds during pregnancy second and third trimester. Plz advice am 25th week pregnant now

Yes you can have chia seeds soaked in water. They are considered cool in its tasir. Can eat 15g daily. Can add to smoothie or curds.

Chia seeds are good source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Helps in smooth motions. You can have a 1 tsp of chia seeds on regularly basis.
