I soak half a spoon of chia seed over night in water and consume it next morning in empty stomach. Is it safe to take it daily? I have anxiety issues and GERD. Can taking chia seed everyday be good for that? Or should I take it on alternate days?

Chia seeds are safe and can be consumed on a daily basis. Taking chia seeds for GERD is helpful but you can also opt for other options like fennel water, buttermilk, honey tea, fennel tea, curd, coconut milk, etc.
