Hello! You can have them in small quantities on daily basis(if no underlying issues related to kidneys). Try to have them with other dryfruits like walnuts, almonds, etc as well. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Cashews are a good source of protein and also monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Thereby providing the benefits of other nuts by providing better cardiac health, helps you feel satiated but the benefits and quantitative health benefits of other nuts like almonds and walnuts are more studied than cashews that is why they are suggested more.
Next Steps
Make sure to eat no more than 8 to 10 cashews at any given time and that too but roasted unsalted ones.
