No don't take. Follow diet related disease. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Due to cholesterol avoid saturated fat, junk and oily food. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid table salt.

For maintaining cholesterol, You need to stop reheated or outside fried food, take almond & Walnut in diet plan It's the common trend among my patients pool, to have medicine from word of mouth, don't spoil personal hygiene by taking unprescribed items randomly.
