Cholesterol level balance diet
Hi, my father has just been diagnosed with high cholesterol and blood pressure level, could you please help me with names of food that should be taken and avoided to control and balance? What fruits and vegetables should be given and avoided? Are curd and buttermilk allowed?

Don't allow Deep fried foods , refined flours ,redeat Included fibre rich vegetables and almonds 6no , walnuts.2no, boiled garlic.2no it's helps to control cholesterol levels

Meantime Avoid deep fried foods, Saturated fats like butter, cheese, processed foods, sauces of any kind. Avoid extra salt and use less salt in cooking. Include more fibre in the diet and include some form of physical activity even walking would do.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. your diet should contain vegetables and fruits and less of processed and junk food.yes you can include chaas or buttermilk but no salt in it , Avoid extra salt. You can connect me through practo app for complete detail chart. Also I need all your father's report
