High cholesterol
Hello Doctors, i recent had my full body checkup. What's alarming is my cholesterol level which is very high. Please suggest precaution should be taken to avoid any consequences. Also check for iron. Attached screenshot of both the reports. Can you suggest what to avoid and what to take. I'm an egg person with all veg.

Hello! Kindly consult your doctor for high triglyceride level. Avoid deep fried foods,and any kind of packed or processed food. And for low iron,have beetroot juice,and carrot juice. Eat your dinner early and in less amount. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Hi, Kindly note - the avoidances for elevated levels of lipids - *Processed/ frozen foods * Fried foods * Alcohol * High salt * Added sugar * White bread, white rice, white salt & sugar * Refined oil * Ice creams & full fat dairy * Bakery items like cakes/ pasteries/ donuts/ burgers/ french fries etc. Foods to be taken - * Green vegetables * Fish * Walnuts * Low fat dairy like skimmed milk & milk products * Oats * Healthy nuts & seeds * Omega 3 fats etc. * The total oil consumption should be 2 tsp (10 ml) for your own meals per day * The total sugar consumption should be upto 2 tsp (10 gm) per day. * The total salt consumption should be 2-3 gms per day.

For cholesterol add omega acids and good amount of fiber For getting iron focus on protein and iron Rich foods And water is most important in both cases To understand what i am trying to suggest connect me on practo app

Stop processed and packed food items. Add fresh fruits, vegetables juice, soup,  salad, in your diet. Do pranayam ( breathing exercises).

Early morning walk Healthy balanced meal after every 2 hour Plenty of fluids Avoid oily ,fried and packed food Avoid bakery , sweet things and refined flour Add millet in your diet 7:30 hrs of sound sleep Do these to reverse back your triglycerides level to normal range

Yes you are cholesterol levels are high avoid taking I sugar containing food products and high fat containing food products avoid refine oil. Increase your physical activity
