I am having high cholesterol even when i do not consume outside food or sugary drinks. I dont eat packaged food or deep fried food.
It level of cholesterol is almost same from December even when my alchohal intake remains zero after Jan 2020.
What could be reason behind my cholesterol not going down?

As you have mentioned that your cholesterol level is consistently high though you have followed proper diet,let you know that cholesterol is not only getting from food,rather most of the cholesterol is synthesized in our body. If one follow proper diet and medication with exercise surely the cholesterol level will controll.

As your bad cholesterol levels are high , your good cholesterol levels are also low which is not a good sign.. there might be a loop hole in your diet which can be found out only once your diet routine is discussed in detail..
