You need to eat dal, chapati , soup and salad everyday . Egg white to be eaten 2 week . Exercise and walking to consume on daily basis

Cholesterol level depends on lifestyle and sometimes on genetic history.you should avoid fast food, junk food, all fried items. Your daily or monthly oil consumption should be low.and the most important thing you should take healthy food at 2-3 hours interval.

Hello sir,first you should mention your body weight and height.if you are over weight then weight loss is necessary other wise ok.you should add super seeds and vitamin c rich foods in your diet

It also depends on your weight. In case you are overweight or obese, you need to go for a low calorie diet. Reduce the intake of foods rich in fats, refined foods, excessive intake of alcohol ( if consuming ) , bakery foods, deep fried foods.
