Hello, Thank you for your question. Based on the details you've shared, it seems you have well-controlled diabetes and dyslipidemia, which is commendable. Fish oil capsules, rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, can indeed be beneficial for managing inflammation, improving joint health, supporting nerve function, and enhancing brain and eye health. However, their suitability and dosage need to be personalized, especially considering your medical history and current medications. Taking fish oil without proper guidance may interfere with blood sugar and cholesterol control or cause side effects like bleeding in some cases. To ensure you get the maximum benefit safely, I recommend a thorough evaluation of your current health status and needs. For personalized advice and a detailed treatment plan, I encourage you to book a private consultation. You can reach me directly at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Together, we can optimize your health and address all your concerns effectively.

Blood Sugar Control: Generally, fish oil does not adversely affect blood sugar control2. Dosage: Typical Dosage: 1-4 grams per day of combined EPA and DHA (the active components in fish oil) is commonly recommended14. Consult Your Doctor: It’s crucial to discuss with your healthcare provider before starting fish oil supplements, especially considering your existing conditions and medications.
