Why do you want to punish yourself? As per my knowledge I can't visualise any situation where you should have to have fish oil Omega 3 Capsules on an empty stomach and then deny yourself the privilege of a breakfast. If you are going for some surgery today then you should avoid Fish oil Omega 3 Capsules also.

These medicines are preferably taken after the food, especially omega 3 as it may cause adverse effects like gastric irritation, bloating etc

Try to take any type of medications after meal. Only few drugs have to be taken empty stomach that your practitioner will tell you while prescribing. And no all this is not a substitute of meal. Take medicines after having meal .

It is generally not recommended to take fish oil or omega-3 supplements on an empty stomach as it can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, such as nausea or indigestion. Fish oil is best taken with food to aid absorption. Vitamin C, on the other hand, can be taken on an empty stomach without issues, but it is still preferable to take it with meals to prevent any potential stomach upset. For a more personalized recommendation and to ensure the best approach to supplementation, it's best not to skip breakfast and take these supplements after a meal.
