Yes, you can consume chia seeds on a daily basis, but it would alone not guarantee you weight loss. You need to follow a proper balanced diet to reduce weight. While having masala oats, you need to limit the amount of salt used in it as it can increase your bp. By consuming it on a daily basis, you will not get all the nutrients required by the body. So, you can consume it once or twice in a week. You can also opt for oats porridge or oats chilla to increase the nutrient value of it. Rest to control your bp and reduce weight, you should take a customised diet plan as per your requirement.

Hello, Only taking chia seed and oats will not give you expected result. With in few days  the results that you may get from these foods get stopped. Only taking chia & oats won't help in weight mgmt. You need to make overall Dietary changes with Lifestyle modifications. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macro n micro. Keep your water intake good for 3-4 lit min. Limit all processed, preserved, packaged and outside food completely. Do physical activity for atleast 1 hr daily.
