I have read numerous benefits of chia seeds but at the same time, little sacred about how will it be going to react on my body . I really do want give it a try as it is full of oxidants. Can I try it ? Does it have any side effects? How much quantity can I take daily ? And can I soak it overnight ? I am taking
b12, d vitamin and vitamin E supplements , so can I take it with it or do I have to skip medications. I want to take it empty stomach ..pls recommend.
