Chia seeds
Hi Dr. I have read numerous benefits of chia seeds but at the same time, little sacred about how will it be going to react on my body . I really do want give it a try as it is full of oxidants. Can I try it ? Does it have any side effects? How much quantity can I take daily ? And can I soak it overnight ? I am taking b12, d vitamin and vitamin E  supplements , so can I take it with it or do I have to skip medications. I want to take it empty stomach ..pls recommend.

Yes, you can start, and you can take it with b12 medication

first try in small amounts like 5gm in an empty stomach over night soaked one. and if you notice any reaction stop it.

if it has no side effects then you can take 15 gm per day or you can add all 6-7 super seeds 25 gm per day, like chia seed, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
