Healthy morning
At, 7 month old , your baby may already two solid foods meals on day for your baby’s development.
Add in diet number of servings per day for your baby’s development.
Whole grains- 1-2
Fruits- 1/2
Vegetables- 1/2
Meat and others - 1/2
Milk ( breast or formula ) - 500- 750 ml.
Right now, baby’s meals typically made up of a base of whole grains/ grains (eg. porridge)
Vegetables ( puréed broccoli)
Meat and others ( tofu mashed )
Tiny portions of fruits ( apple and other fruit purée )
Along with these
Variety of veggies like poured carrots, spinach, pumpkin
Fruits fun out of sweet zone your little one might enjoy the tart taste of cherry and plum ( pits removed and puréed ) so try feeding little one some sour treats and watch his face for when flavour first him
water consumption of your baby is more important part of diet.

wishing your baby a healthy life ahead🥰.
Hi,
Include some more foods items to cater any deficiency in diet try to avoid Cerelac etc instead can give home made Sprouted chana powder with milk and most importantly don't give processed food items like sugar.
