The main component of your condition as explained by you is anxiety. If you learn to handle anxiety on your own or with the help of a mental health professional, you can easily come out of your worries. Please understand, most symptoms that you perceive as present in you after you read or hear about any disease that is potentially serious, is often baseless and may be the product of an anxious mind. Going in for a periodic health checkup, ascertaining that the symptoms that you may be facing sometimes may be your own imagination or exaggeration for which using your logical thinking etc. may help you a lot. I would suggest you to visit a psychologist and seek guidance. This will help you in overcoming health anxiety and will be of some direct benefit.

Hi, If you find yourself experiencing heightened anxiety and physical symptoms when hearing about others' health issues, it's important to address these feelings. Firstly, try to limit your exposure to triggering content by avoiding excessive consumption of news or social media that focuses on such topics. Engage in mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help manage your anxiety when it arises. Additionally, challenge negative thoughts by reminding yourself that the occurrence of one person's health issue doesn't necessarily mean you'll experience the same. If your anxiety persists and significantly impacts your daily life, consider seeking support from a mental health professional who can assist you in developing coping strategies tailored to your needs.
