Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Do sports (at home, if you feel more confortable) but 3x 30min/week.
Eat more greens, oilseeds, fresh fruits and food rich in magnesium such as: raw spinach, fish, beans, lentils, avocados, brown rice, bananas, figs and chocolate.
If you have a pet, cuddle with it more often and take care of it. It will make you shift your focus from anxiety to something else.
Try to catch the sun everyday for 10mins.
Check your levels of vit D and B12 (adjust with supplements if needed).
Yoga, you can find plenty of stuff online.
Mindfulness meditation, itâs not hard, stick to it.
When you feel anxiety, let it come, donât fight against it. Take deep breath (inhale for 6 seconds, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Do it again). Just observe how tense and how bad you feel over nothing. Meditation can help to stand back.
Sleep enough (7 to 9hours/night).
Quit smoking and avoid drinking alcohol.
Smile. Smiling, even for nothing, tricks the mind and releases happy hormones.
Learn to manage your anxiety, itâs always going to be there because itâs a normal mechanism of protection but donât let it rule you anymore. You are not alone.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it’s tough dealing with what you’re dealing. Anxiety is the body’s way of telling that there is a fear. Death anxiety specifically gets triggered when you’ve seen someone close pass away suddenly or have someone close who is terminally ill and about to pass away. All these functions are subconsciously stored and getting triggered from there. We will have to create a safe space for you to talk about this and then take you into a trance to work on releasing the emotional memory of the incident that you’re storing. You’re a rock star!
Next Steps
Book a session with me and we will work on releasing the underlying emotions of fear and grief so you feel your best self. Love and healing ❤️

Practicing self-care can be powerful for boosting overall mental health, including helping a person feel more able to cope with their anxieties. Avoiding alcohol and caffeine, getting a good night’s sleep, and eating a nutritious diet are some ways to practice self-care.
When a person is experiencing anxiety, specific relaxation techniques can help clear their mind and de-escalate their fears. These may include:
doing deep breathing exercises
focusing on specific objects in the room, such as counting the tiles on the wall
meditation or focusing on positive imagery
Hi,
I hear you. Death anxiety can be overwhelming
It's a recurrent pattern that has formed for you.
Escaping the thought may not work for you, there is a different way to approach this. So I'd ask you to consult a therapist for the same.
Practice deep breathing/ belly breathing and try to let go of that thought while breathing.
