Anxiety about my health
Sir/Mam, Without any reason I'm very anxious about my health. Rapid breath, heart palpitation. Even if i tried to stop that feeling the feeling doesn't fade out. I feel alone, feared about my health. My weight 55, height 5.3. sometimes, i feel there's no help for me. Even I can't concentrate on my studies. If therapy will cure my anxiety, please suggest some tips. I'm hopeless..

Since you have tried to manage the anxiety about your health but did not succeed for a relatively long time, I would suggest you seek help from a doctor (psychiatrist) and manage your anxiety with some medication. I get a feeling that you are showing symptoms of health anxiety disorder (previously known as hypochondria) and you are likely to continue in the situation that you are in if professional help is not sought. Soon after you start feeling better under the care of the psychiatrist, you will have to consult a psychologist for guidance on how to manage your health related anxieties.
