In health anxiety we misinterpret physical symptoms (pain etc ) as threatening for our  health. Person  without health anxiety would acknowledge these symptoms and would ignore them but you acknowledge these symptoms and add your additional interpretation (that certainly I am going to die or any other physical problems?) .You can challenge your this additional interpretation by asking yourself question (where is any proof or evidence or anti evidence that I am going die or have  any health issues And for I am not going to die or have health issues ? Second increase your tolerance towards your anxiety and these symptoms.

go for counselling

Hie :) Firstly, it's important to consult a physician or medical professional to determine if amy underlying conditions are present. Therapy or counseling are a helpful next step, whether potential physical causes have been ruled out or not. It may also be possible that psychological factors may be contributing to the physical symptoms, in which case therapy or counseling will be beneficial.
Next Steps
1. Schedule a visit with a physician. 2. Schedule a session with a Psychotherapist.
Health Tips
It would be utterly beneficial for you if you consider psychological help from qualified psychologists/therapists. If you wish to consider me as the Psychotherapist, I'll be there for you :)

It looks like that you are going through some stress and unable to find a solution nor that you can discuss with your first circle of family and friends.. It is better to seek a professional support to share and discuss your concerns and to get a clarity.. Consult a psychological Counselor..

It would be advisable to consult a physician to rule out any physiological reason for this discomfort and pain. If your reports are clear then there is likely a psychological cause for these physical symptoms. In which case you should consult a therapist
