To alleviate burning sensations while passing stools and constipation, follow a high-fiber diet rich in hydrating foods like watermelon, cucumber, and celery, as well as whole grains, legumes, and leafy greens, and incorporate soothing foods like yogurt, banana, and ginger, while avoiding spicy, fatty, and processed foods.
Drink plenty of water. Take high fibre diet . Salads. Don’t eat spicy foods for time being.
Apply Anobliss ointment twice a day after passing stools
If no relief in 2-3 days visit General surgeon for examination .
Light diet with least spicy oil.
Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times a day for two weeks.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for three to five days.
