Burning sensation and pain during urination can occur due to a urinary tract infection (UTI), concentrated urine, or other urinary conditions. Please drink adequate water and avoid self-medication with antibiotics. Kindly clarify whether you are experiencing frequent urination, urgency, lower abdominal pain, fever, back pain, or blood in the urine. A urine routine examination and, if indicated, urine culture may be required to identify the cause and guide treatment. If you have fever, severe back or flank pain, vomiting, or difficulty passing urine, please seek prompt medical evaluation. For a proper assessment and personalized treatment plan, you can consult me through the Practo app for an online consultation.

Burning during urination along with pain usually points to a urinary tract infection, which is common and treatable in women. It is one of the most frequent causes of exactly this combination of symptoms.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and culture test done today, and drink plenty of water through the day. A gynaecologist or physician can start the right treatment once the culture confirms the infection.
Health Tips
See a doctor urgently if you develop fever, pain in your back or sides, or blood in your urine, as that can mean the infection has spread further.
