Severe pain and burning during bowel mov
I have severe pain while passing stool. There is a burning sensation most of the time. Sometimes I also feel pain while sitting. I may have noticed a small amount of blood during bowel movements for 1–2 days, but I am not completely sure. There also seems to be slight swelling in that area. This problem has been happening for around 10–12 days.

Your symptoms are suggestive of an anal fissure (a small tear near the anal opening), which commonly causes severe pain and burning during and after passing stool, sometimes with slight bleeding and swelling. Less commonly, it may be due to hemorrhoids or a local infection.
Advice:
Avoid constipation and straining
Drink plenty of water
Take a high-fiber diet (fruits, vegetables, oats)
Warm sitz bath (sit in warm water for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times daily)
Stool softener if stools are hard
Local anesthetic/healing ointment may help after examination
