It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of stress and emotional turmoil, which can certainly impact your overall well-being and relationships. It's important to address these feelings and find healthy ways to cope with them. Here are some suggestions to consider: Self-Care: Prioritize self-care activities that help you relax and unwind. This could include exercise, meditation, deep breathing, reading, spending time in nature, or engaging in hobbies you enjoy. Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and learn to manage them in a healthier way. Mindfulness can also improve your ability to respond calmly in challenging situations. Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and emotions can provide a constructive outlet for processing your feelings. It can also help you gain insights into your triggers and patterns of behavior. Healthy Communication: Learning effective communication skills can greatly reduce misunderstandings and arguments. Focus on active listening, using "I" statements to express your feelings, and seeking to understand the perspectives of others. Seek Professional Help: If your feelings of agitation and helplessness persist, it might be beneficial to speak to a therapist or counselor. They can help you navigate your emotions, provide coping strategies, and offer a safe space to express yourself. Time Management: Feeling overwhelmed by work and personal responsibilities can contribute to stress. Prioritize tasks, set realistic goals, and consider delegating or seeking help when needed. Limit Stressors: Identify and minimize sources of stress that you have control over. This might involve setting boundaries, saying no when necessary, or reevaluating commitments. Positive Outlets: Engage in activities that bring you joy and satisfaction. Engaging in hobbies, spending time with loved ones, and pursuing passions can boost your overall mood. Practice Empathy: Try to put yourself in others' shoes to better understand their perspectives. This can help foster better relationships and reduce conflicts. Patience: Remember that personal growth and change take time. Be patient with yourself as you work on improving your emotional responses and communication skills. It's important to realize that seeking help and support is a sign of strength, not weakness. If you find that your emotions are consistently interfering with your ability to function and maintain healthy relationships, seeking assistance from a mental health professional can provide valuable guidance and strategies for managing your emotions and improving your overall well-being.

Hi, you need to first understand the emotional structure behind anger, usually the psychology behind anger often stems from having a desire for something and encountering an obstacle that prevents its fulfillment. The thwarted energy that was initially directed towards obtaining the desired object transforms into anger irritability of mood. I would suggest you kindly check your triggers and work on them. Take meaningful action to deal with the situation. this will take time, have patience and do persistent efforts for  self improvement. All the best

Hi... Who have diagnosed you with Chronic Depression? Please consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis, if not yet done. Frequent bouts of anger might be a sign of deeper inner conflicts, or maybe something is missing in your life, that you otherwise consider valuable. It may also be caused by your immediate environment or Interpersonal relationships. You need to take proper treatment to overcome these issues. Typically, a combination of medication and psychotherapy works well in cases of clinical depression.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
