I have pcod it was diagnosed when I was 15 taking various medicine since then it's been 2 years since I am taking metformin hydcloride 500mg twice daily but my blood sugar gets low many times so i was thinking of stoping this medicin and manage it with diet I have a bmi of 28 and periods are regular can I stop taking this medicin and manage it with diet

Hello! Make a routine of daily exercise,and walk. Replace chapati with oats. Have protein rich diet like oats ,egg whites(2 in morning). Have 1-1.5 litres of water daily. And,talk to your doctor about low blood sugar for sure. Stayblessed. Thankyou!
