After weight loss effects
I am 22 and this year I decided to lose some weight. I did that by having diet that was low in calories. I went from 65 kg in January to 54.8 on May 26. Since then I have been trying to maintain weight by not going over 1550 calories a day. There are days when I go above 2000 calories. Since then my weight is now between 51 to 51.8 kg. Bad things is I started to see effect of weight lost on my skin. I see laugh lines near around my mouth when I smile and lose skin on my back of hands and palms. It looks like I've aged. How do I stop my skin being so wrinkly and old?

Hi The limitations is calorie is required for weight loss but it's very important to take a healthy balance d diet for a weight loss journey. Anybody can lose weight by limiting the calories but it should be in the right way by joining any expert. Hi, please include essential fats, vitamins and proteins in your diet for skin tightening. Fats like Almonds, Walnuts, Flaxseeds, Mix seeds, deep coloured fruits and vegetables, Milk and products, eggs, sprouts etc.
