About green tea consumption timing
I have gone through so many articles claiming so many benefits of consuming green tea before going into bed which includes weight loss and good sleep. Any dietian here please solve my doubt regarding the same. And also what quantity is good for consumption during whole day ? Thanks.

Dietitian help you weight loss program by developing a plan of specific food that will be most beneficial to increase lean muscle tissue and burning fat. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Only green tea not work for weight reduction so follow proper diet.

Hi Green tea not only helps in weight loss but it has lot of health benefits for your body. It is rich in  antioxidants so provides lot of health benefits. Hello - yes .green tea helps. To loose weight it contain antioxidant- - but alone green tea will not help util you are not following weight loss diet and regular exercise .and healthy diet. - then only you will get good result.

Green tea is prepared at the temperature of 90°© to extract the antioxidants out of it, but if u boil the tea leaves, tannin & caffeine comes out, no benefit as such.
