Hello dear user. Both of the tea having their own benefits and side effects. But if you ask for treating the Prediabetes and Blood pressure control then I will suggest to you take both of then in 2days alternates. Like 2days green tea and third day cinnamon tea. Or one more thing you can do easily that take green tea and after your lunch and dinner take 2inchech of cinnamon to chew slowly by biting in small cuts. It will help you to improve your digestion and also to lower the blood sugar which may rises after lunch or dinner.

Green tea is better, since cinnamon may not suit everyone, especially since you are on medication for high BP. Additionally, it’s not just one food, but making long term changes to your dietary habits that will help mange diabetes and related conditions like BP or cholesterol levels.
