I have "tetley green tea with lemon honey and vitaminc" bags. I want to reduce my weight so someone suggest me for green tea instead of milk tea, so I want to confirm that at what time I should take green either in morning, afternoon, evening or at night. Please guide me about this.

You can take green tea with lime and honey In the morning for good observation but not often in a day... Also can consume 250 ml of green tea per day like 5 times in a day 50 ml basis to trigger BMR but not advisable during menstruation times and low in hemoglobin condition.

Hi, Green Tea is very rich in anti-oxidants and is helpful in weight reduction. However any one food can never give weight loss. It is about lifestyle intervention like a balanced diet, physical activity and optimum rest. Green tea also has caffeine and should be taken in limited portion about 2-3 cups a day not more.

Gud morning pls let me know in detail about your age,height n weight along with do u have any health issues or not,how's your lifestyle routine including dietary pattern vegetarian or non vegetarian or both,exercising daily for 30mins or not,etc.green tea u can have either early morning time before exercising at least 30mins prior or else evening snacks time with some multigrain biscuits or nutrichoice biscuits or healthy nuts like almonds,walnuts etc or else roasted makhana etc,tetly brand green tea is fine u can use it.
