Yesterday 5 pm an unknown insect bites in my hand, heavy stinging pain for 10 to 15 minutes then the are swollen rapidy and increasing till now also, it is tender and red and little pain swollen area and the swelling now also increasing, elbow to wrist swollen, what I should do, is it something danger,

In fact you should not have waited for 15 hours to let the swelling from the hand to grow to involve your wrist and arm.
One or two injections given at the right time would have prevented this from growing so rapidly.
Anyway please go to a General Physician now and let him do the needful.
It is now beyond the first aid stage.

You can try application of ice pack, lidocaine gel and hydrocortisone cream locally and tablet cetrizine 10 mg daily for a few days.However,If the swollen area is much larger ,or increasing in its size and associated with severe itching, pain visit a hospital.
