I attended a consultation with this plastic surgeon regarding existing split-thickness skin grafts on my right arm and leg following a severe accident in which I was run over by a bus. The purpose of the visit was straightforward: to understand whether any aesthetic improvements were medically possible and to obtain a cost estimate for documentation in an ongoing legal compensation case.

From the beginning of the consultation, the doctor was dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to listen to the full context of my situation. He repeatedly interrupted and insisted that I state the “real reason” for my visit, despite it being clearly explained.

I am not reviewing the medical outcome, but the conduct. Patients deserve to be heard, treated with respect, and spoken to with basic compassion. **** ********** *** ****** ********* *** **********
