I booked an appointment for this particular doctor - Preeti. When I went there, I was interviewed for a while by her junior, who was quite young, maybe still a student?. I was informed only at the end of that interview that the junior was only taking notes to help the busy doctor Preeti. I was then asked to wait while Dr.Preeti saw her other patients. As I sat there in front of her cabin for a while, I saw her leave. I hadn't met or seen the doctor earlier as it was my first time consulting for the issue I had. When enquired, the hospital put me on to another young junior doctor who said she will be counseling me. I refused as I had booked the appointment only to meet the senior experienced one. I was asked to wait again while someone ran to fetch her, I assume from the parking. When Dr.Preeti came and I went in for consultation, she seemed disinterested to meet with me as I didn't feel welcomed, very much unlike the reviews I had read here before booking the appointment. The junior who had interviewed me in the beginning came with my case file which she had filled. Dr.Preeti read the same and said I had anxiety issues and that I had to take medication. She didn't give much explanation, only if I quizzed. Else she seemed to be in a hurry and seemed like she didn't care much. My first ever visit to a psychiatrist didn't go well. Of course, zero points to the hospital/clinic too. Ridiculous experience.

The doctor's timings were 3-7pm. The doctor arrived only at 4:15. The wait time increased due to his delay and he spent barely 2 minutes with the patient and dismissed with a prescription for a drug. The junior doctor made notes before consultation with Dr. Mahesh and had trouble interacting with the patient due to language barriers. There was no conversation between doctor and patient.
