Dr Nafeesa is a doctor with a clear vision and a faultless methodology. When I had a first consultation with her for weight loss, she took into account all my medical conditions and lifestyle habits and then tailored a program for me to lose weight sustainably in 6 months. I lost 10kg and have a very positive body image now apart from feeling light and active. She gave me guidance at the end of the Program on how to maintain my weight accounting for weight gain due to attending functions or going on vacations. I'm glad to have consulted Dr Nafeesa.
