Visiting Dr Swathi for sometime now for my mother's treatment. **** ** *** ** *** **** ****** * **** ********** The place is super hygiene and all the staffs followed strict protocol. Doctor explains the problem clearly along with treatment methods. She handles the patient with almost care and do not prescribe medicines only if required. Takes time to treat and does not rush thru the procedure. Amazing experience everytime I visit the Doctor.felt very COVID safe too.

I have never seen a Doctor like her ....

Dr. Swathi Chaitanya understands the root causes of the problem and explained the treatment in simple layman's language. The hospital is tidy, equipment is modern state of the art.

Fully satisfied with the dental crown snugly fitting in position. Normally, there will be some sensation when foreign body is implanted. I felt no sensation shows the "Attention to detail and Quality of eye ".

Despite the constraints in working due to prevailing pandemic situation, Dr. Swathi had managed the clinic pretty well by following pandemic guidelines to the core. Even the medical procedure followed was through professional, humane and satisfying. I wish Dr. Swathi good luck in her endeavor.

I went to doctor for severe tooth pain. Doctor did x-ray and explained the whole issue. She recommended RCT. Their staff explained the costing part. Upto here, it is fine. After that, nothing. Neither they asked me when to start the treatment nor suggested any medicines for pain relief. I myself asked medicines for pain relief and when they can start treatment. Meanwhile, doctor was busy attending another patient.

This all happened even though I paid a hefty consultation & x-ray fees. No human touch by the doctor or their staff to sympathize the patient who is suffering with severe toothache. ***** ***** *** **** ** ********** *** ******* **** *** ** ********* *** ****** *** ********
