I was absolutely terrified before my laparoscopic cholecystectomy, but meeting Dr. Satish Kumar Raju, Founder and Proprietor of Nexgen Hospital, Bachupally, completely changed that.

From the very first interaction, he took the time to listen, explain, and reassure me, easing my fears with remarkable patience and warmth.

Throughout my stay, I felt more nursed than treated. The nurses were caring and attentive, the equipment and medicines were world-class, and the overall environment felt calm, safe and homelike. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, or treated like a “case” or a “customer”.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Nexgen Hospital and Dr. Sateesh Kumar Raju to anyone and everyone- especially to those who are scared of surgery or have lost faith in the medical fraternity due to the increasing commercialisation of healthcare. Went after reports of full body check up of my mother, had done a initial research of abnormalities. Doctor is very experienced , he went through all the medical history of past and analysed previous reports. Gave medications for the same and changed as per current report. Doctor is very patient to explain the conditions in details and precautions to be taken, day before had visited another doctor by which I had panicked with same report shown, *** ****** *** ********* *********** **** ***** * My suggestions if going for treatment of elders go visit without hesitation, he is having tons of experience.

My appointment was with Dr. Ravindra Kumar Sravanam for general physician concern and I have visited the hospital. Appointment was on time and doctor was friendly with me. After the check up some medicines had suggested to take. No waiting was there in hospital and the place was neat as well hygienic.
