We booked the appointment at 6.30 pm and the Doctor didn't even arrive to the click by 7.15 pm and the staff kept saying she will be coming in 20 mins. I believe that waiting for doctors is a normal norm but this is unfair to the patients if their time is not valued. If the staff would have been transparent on her arrival then we could have managed our work likewise, hence I won't recommend this doctor.
