The time we hospitalised my mother was very crucial for us then we got supervised by Dr. Likhitha madam. Her guidance and the way she has explained my mom's health condition in a normal language, which can be easily understand by a lay man too.
Very next day we found a lot of improvement in my mother condition and she got cured because of Likhitha mam's cheerfulness and joyfull nature with the patients.

My name is Chandra shekar Karra and I'm a patient of Dr. Raja Prasad. I was in so much pain, I was bleeding and suffering from my hemorrhoids for a very long time. I tried everything for more than eight months and nothing worked at all . Then my doctor told me to go to Dr. Raja Prasad and I did. Dr. Raja Prasad is such a wonderful doctor. He diagnosed me with stage 3 Hemorrhoid and extreme rectum pain. He did my surgery and I feel great. He's very knowledgeable and took his time to listen to me and was very patient with me. ****** *** **** ** ******** ** *** ********* ** ******* ******** ***** **** *********** Communication and patience was good. But high wait time made us sick. Hospital staff should be able to tell us the approximate time that would take to call us. Atleast they should inform the number or how many people are before us. Being a multi-speciality hospital, there must a scree for displaying the next patient and at what place we are. But nothing like that happened. We waited for more than 90 mins (from 2 pm to 3:30 pm). Since we didn't have lunch, we got very weak.
