I booked this appointment after seeing the free option against this doctor. However, when I reached the hospital, the staff completely denied any such thing *** ******** *** **. The doctor was good and explained everything properly. My clinic visit was also smooth, and I would definitely recommend Dr. Purnima Jain to others.

My experience with Dr. Purnima Jain was good overall, but I found her answers and recommendations were not very appropriate or satisfactory. The clinic visit could be improved, especially the wait time.
