My father underwent a bypass surgery in May 2022 under Dr. Z. S. Following the surgery, we were repeatedly assured that the bypass was “successful” and that my father would recover well. Please note - when I visited the hospital and asked for some records as requested by the doctor himself since could not locate his LIMA which he placed 3 years back, everyone was too busy to help , the hospital never gave those reports .. my parents were coming to the hospital and did not bring with themselves all the records but they got no help from the so called team or the records department as well

After a bad experience at the liver department in Apollo Indraprasth, I visited Dr Pankaj Puri for my mother's liver issue after my husband's recommendation. We feel blessed to get a doctor like him. Extremely efficient service with a smile

After a visit to Apollo hospital last month ( to Dr Sanjay Sikka) which was amazing for the slipshod and surly behaviour of the staff, I went with no great expectations to Fortis Esc Heart Institute ( Mouthshut won’t allow me to use the full word ??) , when I went to meet Dr Avi Kumar, to be extremely pleasantly surprised by the whole experience .

From Mithlesh, Dr Kumar’s coordinator, who replied back to me at 10.30 pm! when I messaged him to check on the earliest appointment I could have for my sons bronchitis, to smiling efficient helpful Shobha at the registration desk at the OPD 6th floor , Rakesh Rai who was coordinator on the spot and the efficient young ladies who were concierges on the waiting room floor easing and smoothening all processes, each was so efficient while smiling pleasantly that the experience was a study of sharp contracts with my Apollo experience!

And this was to all the patients and accompanying relatives there, it being a reasonably busy Sat morning .

We had a case of heart attack in Nov 2020 by God's grace we met Dr Jetley at Fortis Escorts Hospital Okhla Delhi and were treated by him. We visited Dr Aparna Jaswal initially in July 2019, related to fainting episode of my Father. Since we visited other Cardiologist in other hospitals in Delhi, everyone recommended to go for a Pace maker implantation. So we thought to visit Fortis Escorts once, so Dr. Ashok Seth recommended us to consult Dr. Aparna Jaswal for Pace Maker implantation. So, she did some ******** test and arrived at the conclusion that the patient doesn't need Pace maker at all.

Her attitude is, Doctor should be convinced first if a patient needs a particular treatment/procedure or not is commendable. *** ******* ********* *** *********** *****************

Above all, she is a good human being first than a Doctor.

Dr. Ashok Seth and his team was god sent for us. My father had appeox 97% blockage in his 3 arteries. Along with that he was a heart patient, diabetic and had ENT issues. High cholesterol and BP was a common risk. There were a lot of complications during the surgery. We got three stunts done in the process. But throughout the doctor and his team were extremely patient and empathetic with us. They handled the operation successfully. Their capabilities are top notch and they are world class surgeons for us. Also, they guided us through the right path for future surgeries and medication rather than taking a n expensive route. We were blessed we found him when we needed him the most.

Dr. Nishith is an extremely responsible and benevolent human. He seriously lived our problem vicariously and helped us as much as he could. Not even once did he make us feel bad or lost about anything. Very quick turn around time, availability on call, complete explanation of treatment and results, absolute clarity on the risks involved for the patient. We are eternally thankful to Dr. Nishith for his honest service. He is a great listener, well-quipped doctor and a very very kind human. Only blessings for him.
