I respect the profession very much as we either go to doctor or go to God when things go bad with health. I was made to wait for 10 mins and then there was network issue with doctor. He said the video is nt working and then tried audio call..it was also worser..I kept on repeating my problem and all he can hear was I had sinus and he said he will give me tablets and I have to visit the clinic in 5 days..I felt EXTREMELY bad as he was not even concerned to hear the pain I was going through. I received prescription and that's the end of diagnosis!!!
Thankfully was able to book another appointment with another doctor and visit her clinic. The problem was listened and sorted immediately.

I got to the hospital 20 mins before my appointment time. Still had to wait fir 1.5hr to see the doctor. When I was finally called in, the consultation was extremely brief, lasting barely 5mins. The doctor didn’t take the effort to explain what my health concerns were, what caused it or the preventive measures.
After a quick examination, the doctor handed me over to the attendant who prescribed me the medication and explained the dosage.
Overall, the experience lacked personal attention or guidance which is expected from a health care professional.
Wouldn’t recommend this to others, based on my personal experience.

I went today morning around 11.15 with a strange case, a foreign body was stuck up in my nose..i was very worried and scared but the moment i met ENT specialist Dr. Pradeep and his team they were very helpful and kind to make all possible check up and very quick to understand my situation and very accomodting to allow me to take time and relax and then have the foreign body removed. I was very much happy and relieved of my pain. They were well equiped to deal with a strange case as mine. This speciality hospital did show the "speciality" required to handle strange cases. I would recommend MENTS and Dr.Pradeep and his team for any emergency associated with ENT.

Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
Dr. Pradeep is a friendly and practical doctor. Patient and attentive. the consultation is 5 stars. However, the hospital itself is extremely dissatisfactory. No proper wait time system, even after practo plus was availed, we waited 1 hours to see the doctor. There was plenty of mosquitoes in the waiting room. Couple of people were without facemasks, during covid, these patients are putting others at risk. The hospitable staff didn't care much to ask them********* **** ********* *** ******* *********
Visited Dr. P.S Pradeep Kumar (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist) For Throat and Voice Problems
I had visited the doctor for voice and throat problems . While the doctor diagnosed it correctly (which am thankful for), he was very impatient to explain the medicines he had prescribed and simply asked me to follow orders and not question. While he was of the mindset that people “google” and there is misinformation out there , which I agree, it becomes important for the doctor to explain why certain medicines are being prescribed . Since I have a better understanding of my body from the history of consuming antibiotics, I’ll be a better judge to know if the medicine can be handled by my body without major side effects or not. It is important for the doctor to be patient with the patient . Other than that, diagnosis was precise and doctor explained what the issue was , no complaints there.
Visited Dr. P.S Pradeep Kumar (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist) For Throat Treatment
I’ve been struggling with this issue for 5 years, visiting multiple doctors with no clear answers — one said it was vertigo, another said infection, and a third said it was normal. Finally, I met Dr. Pradeep, who diagnosed me with Eagle Syndrome within minutes.
He examined carefully, could pinpoint the problem, guided me through the right tests, and explained everything clearly. Dr. Pradeep is friendly, professional, on time, and makes you feel comfortable, which made the whole process so much easier. I’m so grateful for his expertise and care — he truly knows what he’s doing.
Highly recommend him for anyone facing long-standing, unexplained throat/neck issues.

A Disappointing and Painful Experience at Meenakshi ENT Speciality Centre I had a deeply disappointing experience during my recent visit to Meenakshi ENT Speciality Centre through Practo.Firstly, despite the consultation fee being listed as ₹750, I was charged ₹800. When I questioned this, I was informed that ₹50 was a registration fee. ** *** ** *** ************ I later found out that a direct visit to the clinic would have cost only ₹500. It’s extremely unfair that booking through Practo results in higher charges without any transparency.* *** **** **** ** ***** **** ** ******** ******** *********** ** *** ******* ***** * ***** **** ******* *** *************** **** ******* ****** * ******* **** *** ******** ******* *** ******* ******* ********* **** * ****** **** ******* ***** **** *** ****** * *** *** **** * ********** ********* ******** *** ***** ***** ** ******* *** **** **** **** ** ******** ****** **** ****** ** ******** *** ***** * ****** ****** ** *** ****** ** ******** *** *********The behavior of the clinic staff was yet another disappointment. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for 50 minutes without any proper communication. Each time I inquired about the delay, I received improper responses. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally told, “Wait for 2 minutes, you will be let inside.” When I asked if we should stand or sit, the staff dismissively responded, “You can stand; it’s only for 2 minutes.” However, even after waiting an additional 5 minutes, we were still not called in. This blatant disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable.*** ********* **** ******** **** * *** *** ******* After briefly listening to my concerns, I was instructed to lie down without any explanation of what the procedure would involve.
