I had this foot pain since many years ,shown in allopathy where in treatment is to put moov cream ans crepe bandage with in take of painkiller.Met Doctor Saritha Nair,explained all the good habits and lifestyle that I have been living with this ailment since ages,she listened carefully, suggested few lifestyle changes for next 1-2 months with certain diet changes.Within a week's time I see tremendous change with my foot which has stopped to pain early mornings.

I had extremely painful menstrual cycle lasting over a week. I have visited lot of doctors and tried different treatment. I visited Kotakkal arya vaidya sala in Thannisandra and Dr Saritha suggested Panchakarma for 14 days along with some other medication. I felt lot of positive changes during the treatment and had my next cycle with no pain and it was a 3 days cycle. I changed my diet as per doctor's suggestion and see the benefits for myself. It has made a lot of difference to me and my family in turn. Doctor Saritha heard my symptoms and asked me relevant questions.
