It really converted myself into a level up in which I have never been feeling good.

I went for wait reduction program

After a thorough discussion, doctor promised 10 kilo reduction and I achieved 9 kilo. Over all I like the interaction and the approach. Weekly checked sudden changes and adjusted the charts accordingly. The food choices are not boring. I recommend this doctor.
