Thank you for your valuable feedback sir...we understand your pain and will set the things right.... We would like you to consider few points.. 1. We got a call from you at 5:07 requesting to confirm location...and we have sent the Google location in 2 min 2. We got a scond call at 5:09...voice was not clear and call got disconnected.(can share the proof through mail if needed as in call record) 3. Our nurse (who was available to receive you in the car...if no one was there then how can she request you to enter in) requested you to come inside to check vitals because you were still in car(not to treat) and informed that doctor will visit in 10 min...(agree doctor must have been by 5 pm...but try to understand...he had to attend emergency during that odd hour and had just gone for lunch. Please check the history and be considerate about his(health care worker's) life also)...proof of your arrival time and our nurse requesting to come in to check vitals is available in cctv cam recordings.... 4. Doctor himself called back and our other staff tired to reach back but no response ...this happened after arrival of doc within 10 min of your departure...(can share call record and cctv footage regarding arrival time of doctor) Request not to be too harsh on us...we are here to help people....Hope you will understand..
