I’ve had the privilege of working with Ayana who has truly transformed the way I think, feel, and understand myself. She has a remarkable ability to make me see nuances within myself that I never noticed before, and those small insights have led to some of the biggest and most meaningful changes in my life.
There is something uniquely special about her presence—when I talk to her, it feels like I’m speaking to a wiser, calmer reflection of myself. She has this grounded, positive energy that makes even the most difficult conversations feel safe, clear, and manageable. I’ve always felt deeply understood, not just heard.
What amazes me the most is her attention to detail. Despite the many clients she must see, she remembers the tiniest things I’ve shared,things I didn’t even expect her to hold on to. That level of care and presence is rare and truly remarkable.

He is basically a family member to me at this point. Extremely intelligent and knowledgable. Got treated for - <<Depression>> (Treatment-resistant kind, re-occuring, "Situational Depression" - where it depends on situations in life), <<ADHD>> (Lack of motivation side of ADHD and Lack of concentration for long periods side of ADHD). Flexible and understanding in terms of what is working for the patient - which is what psychiatry needs these days because this field is infamous for trial and error and not every one responds the same to meds, and our doctors need to be understanding, just like Naveen. I am lucky to have him as my doctor - he is pretty much a friend to me at this point. Much love.

Dr Jayaram is very different from others, yet very effective. I have undergone over 10 interactions with him before providing my feedback. he has a number of options apart from medication-like psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, audio visual therapy....one of these is bound to pay off for the patient. He is extremely flexible-he does not insist on medication and is very open to continuing with alternative therapies till the patient is ready. He is a fountain of knowledge and wisdom in his area and is constantly experimenting with new techniques to help his patients recover swifter. IN one sentence, I would describe him as a HOLISTIC HEALER par excellence. My recommendation to fellow patients-psychiatry is a tricky area, what works for one person might not work for another hence be prepared to experiment with a few medications and processes before hitting on one that is perfect for you !
