* Doctor has never advised me on what food, oil, etc I must take / avoid.
* I had to ask the technician who gave me good and practical tips.
* Suggest regarding what to take and avoid, if we can be given typed readymade notes.
* When taking appointment over the phone, operator must be friendly and must show concern and must revert back if Dr. is not available. They must suggest alternative dates which will help. This is not being done.
* Suggest to tie up with a medical store at Saidam for 10-15% discount. Inform Patients to go there to avail the discount through Dr.recommondation. Patients will feel happy.
* Dr. must tell Patients that of they have missed appointment at Mulund then if convenient, they can come on the evening to Bhandup too

Last 2 years plus...I am treated by Dr Ashish for my second heart attack & subsequent angioplasty...& then follow ups & reviews...I find him extremely approachable...easy to talk to very patient & understanding...explains rational behind treatment & makes you feel relaxed & you feel that you are being treated by a competent authority.
