My father had uncontrolled diabetes and developed Nose Septal Abscess ( Pus collection below the nostril internal partition ) He started getting nose blockage & progressed to difficulty in breathing as the swelling increased .We initially thought it was due to cold and took medicines from our family doctor , but it did not help .Thats when i decided to take to him to an ENT specialist , Dr Ajay Doiphode examined and quickly diagnosed that my grandfather is suffering from Abscess & needs a pus drainage surgery.initially we were reluctant when we heard about surgery but he calmly explained the risks if not done .under his supervision & care , after controlling his sugars ,got him operated on 26th Jan , holiday , but as it was urgent ,Dr Ajay Doiphode did it so that infection did not spread .i like his professional , meticulous and scientific.approach .My grandfather is absolutely fine now after few days in hospital., he is still on Medicines and has to visit Dr Ajay Doiphode for check ups .I thank him & would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs any Ear ,Nose & Throat treatment .

Thank you so much Ajay Sir and his team (Supriya, Himanshu and Mahesh and other Prime Team) for their expertise, professionalism, and care during my surgery. I had Grade 3 tonsils and removing them was the only solution because i was getting too much affected with cough, cold and fever.

Saw many positive reviews online about Dr Ajay so felt lets give it a try and see how this doctor is as i had met 4 other doctors earlier but i did not get that positive vibe. I knew any doctor was going to ask me to operate because of those big tonsils and being my first operation till now i was super scared. I Hate Hospitals.

First meet with him, the way he greets you it feels you have been knowing him since long so instead of getting scared you start to calm down. And there he says we need to operate, i was ready i dont know how but immediately i said lets do it as soon as possible. I am tired of this cough cold.

He made sure i am 100% convinced for the surgery, solved all my queries, he is never in a hurry, you ask him multiple times the same question, he wont get aggresive.

Surgery day he made sure i was not at all scared and went happlily to the OT and there in sometime no more tonsils....

Post surgery consultations were also very smooth. I would definitely recommend everyone to consult him for any ENT related issues.

I had a swelling in my neck since 4-5 years. Since it was not troubling me I ignored it. But then all of a sudden it increased in size and started paining. So I consulted Dr. Doiphode. He told me it’s a thyroid swelling which is large and pressing on my windpipe.

So he ran some tests to confirm if it’s benign or malignant. The tests weren’t conclusive. So surgery was the only way ahead. So I underwent the thyroid surgery. It was a complex and challenging surgery due to the long standing duration and huge size of the swelling. There were associated complications in the gland with pus formation. Dr. Ajay is a skilled and experienced surgeon. The procedure went off extremely well with a short stay in the hospital. I could speak, eat normally the same evening after surgery and felt as if a huge load was lifted off my neck. I am happy that the final report came as non cancerous. My wound has healed and I have resumed work. I am glad that I got treated under ENT specialist Dr. Ajay Doiphode at his Andheri clinic. Definitely recommend him for any ENT problem.

I consulted Dr. Ajay at Aahan ENT Clinic. He was very patient answering all the doubts. He explained that I had deviated nasal septum and also that it had started blocking my sinuses. Dr. Ajay suggested that Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) & Septoplasty would be the long term solution. I underwent surgery at Prime ENT Clinic. My experience through the entire surgery process was smooth. Dr. Ajay and his team at the clinic are excellent and of helping nature.

Mr. Mahesh, the nursing staff and the admin staff took great care of me after the surgery and during all the follow up.

I can breathe freely post my surgery & that feels like a blessing.
